1. To request a return you need to write an email at email@example.com explaining the reason and if you want a change or a return. Once received it Esseutesse will send to you a confirmation with all the informations.
2. The return shipment is Free when shipped using the courier provided by Esseutesse. (The total amount will be refunded, excluding the transport costs incurred. We don't accept any returns by courier other than that agreed with Esseutesse)
3. Returns must be shipped within 10 days from the delivery date.
4. Refund will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by Esseutesse.
Return Items and conditions
1. Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories received with the order.
2. Soles must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
3. esseutesse.com reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed on the website.
