However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept your return or exchange for another size within 10 days from the delivery date. Before sending any products back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied. Not all articles oon "last chance" section could be chenge.
Any items NOT at full price (including BlackFriday promotions) can not be returned but only replaced with another item or size.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURN
We only accept one size change; if the change does not go well the cost of the second change will be completely borne by the customer.
The product you wish to return can be sent back to us:
- Check in to "My Account", click on "my Orders" and "Return". A return request will be sent to our Customer Care, who will contact you shortly.
- If you cannot connect to your account or if you need any assistance, please contact the Customer Care service within 10 (Ten) days of delivery;
- Must have all disposable seals still attached with the disposable seal the must still be intact.
- Must be returned complete with all of its parts and accessories;
- Must be sent in its original packaging;
- Must be sent in one single shipment; products that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time.
- and must be shipped from the country they were delivered to.
If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will refund the value of the returned product(s), sales Tax included, less any original shipping costs.
We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above.
However, your merchandise will be shipped back to you, in the condition in which it was received by the Provider's fulfillment house.
COMPLIANCE CHECKS FOR RETURNED PRODUCTS
Our products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), including all accessories. We reserve our right not to accept any return if the products shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.
For example we may make a reduction in the following circumstances:
- the product have been used, worn damaged or washed.
- the identification tag with the disposable seal is not attached to the product or has not been returned. Please note that identification tag constitutes an integral part of each product;
- you have not returned any packaging which is an integral part of a product (such as a dust bag).
You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted because they do not comply with the conditions indicated in the above paragraph.
All products sold by ESSEutESSE include an hologram. Please try on the products without removing the tag and seal. Returned products without the tag or seal will not be accepted.
Refunds are processed within approximately Seven (7) to ten (10) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the website. If you paid by credit card, refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company's policies. Be aware that the refund date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment, therefore you will not be charged any interest fees. If you paid by PayPal (where available), refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The date of reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.
Your return should be sent to us by DHL or UPS and will be free of charge. Of you choose to use another delivery sistem, you will have to pay fees.
Provider shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
